This is the model withdrawal form provided for in Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014 on distance contracts. You do not have to use it: any clear statement works, including a short email in your own words to support@selorayoga.com. The form only makes sure nothing is missing.
Remember that you can always use our 14-day money-back guarantee, explained in the refund and cancellation policy, whether or not the statutory right of withdrawal still applies to your purchase.

How to send it
- By email to support@selorayoga.com, pasting the text above with the fields completed. This is the fastest way.
- By post to Tayane Lorena Domingos dos Santos, Rua do Bom Pastor, 55, 2715-436 Sintra, Portugal. The date of posting counts.
We confirm receipt by email within one working day. If you do not receive a confirmation, write again: your request is not lost because we did not reply.
What happens next
We refund the full amount within 14 days at the latest, to the card you paid with, and access to the refunded purchase ends.
