What is sold here
Selora Yoga sells online movement and wellbeing classes in written form: 6 classes of 6 lessons each, for $28 each, and three bundles paid once: the Balance Plan ($40), the Thrive Plan ($75) and the Transform Plan ($120), which also includes three multi-week programs. All prices are in US dollars and are charged once. Nothing is shipped, nothing renews and no subscription is created. The contents of each class are listed on its own page and summarised again before payment.
What is not sold here
Selora Yoga is an education publisher. It is not a gym, a clinic, a physiotherapy or psychotherapy practice or a nutrition service. We do not offer live classes, personal training, consultations, diagnoses or treatments. See the health disclaimer.
Who we sell to
We sell worldwide to people aged 18 or over. We do not sell to anyone in a country subject to comprehensive international sanctions, and Stripe independently blocks payments it is not permitted to process.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as SELORAYOGA.

Complaints and disputes
Please write to support@selorayoga.com first. We reply within two working days and we would rather solve a problem than argue about it.
Electronic complaints book. Under Portuguese law you can file a complaint in the official electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico) at livroreclamacoes.pt. The complaint is sent to us and to the competent authority.
Alternative dispute resolution. If a consumer dispute cannot be solved with us directly, you may use a consumer arbitration centre. In the Lisbon area this is the Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa (centroarbitragemlisboa.pt), and nationwide the CNIACC, the National Centre for Consumer Information and Arbitration (cniacc.pt). The full list of approved centres is published on the Portuguese Consumer Portal (consumidor.gov.pt). Consumers in other EU countries may also contact the European Consumer Centre of their country.
