Terms of Sale and Use

These terms are a contract between you and Tayane Lorena Domingos dos Santos, a sole trader resident in Portugal, tax number (NIF) 312167750, of Rua do Bom Pastor, 55, 2715-436 Sintra, Portugal, trading as Selora Yoga ("we", "us"). They apply whenever you use this website or buy a class or a plan from it. Please read them before you pay. If you do not accept them, do not buy.
These terms take effect on 6 October 2026 and replace any earlier version.

1. What you are buying
Each class is digital content: 6 written lessons that teach a practice step by step, with tables of poses, breaths and timings, a complete guided session written minute by minute and a four-week practice plan. Each program has 8 weekly lessons. The lessons are read in a personal online library, where each one can also be printed or saved as PDF, and are available in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Nothing is shipped to you. There is no live class, no video, no app, no personal training and no individual feedback on your practice or your health.

The contents of each class and program are described on its page on this website, including the title of every lesson, and summarised again before you pay. That description, as published on the day you buy, forms part of this contract.
2. Who may buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You must use an email address you control, because that is where your class is delivered.
3. Price, taxes and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are single, one-time payments. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and we do not store your card.
Payment is processed by Stripe and appears on your statement as SELORAYOGA. The price shown at checkout is the total we charge and includes any value added tax we are required to collect. Your bank may add a currency conversion or international transaction fee; that fee is charged by your bank, not by us. An invoice is issued under Portuguese tax law. If you need your own tax number on it, write to us within 30 days of the purchase.
Before you pay, you see the class or plan, its price and its main contents, and you can go back and change your choice. Confirming the payment is your acceptance of our offer. We confirm the contract by email.
4. Delivery
Access is given immediately after a successful payment, on the confirmation page and by email, normally within a few minutes. The full process, and what to do if something goes wrong, is described in delivery and access, which forms part of these terms.
5. Your right of withdrawal and our guarantee
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. How this relates to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases is explained in the refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms. A model withdrawal form is available.
6. Your licence to use the classes
When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read, print and save the lessons for your own practice. You do not become the owner of the material. You may not share your access link, resell, publish or upload the material, teach it to paying students or clients as your own programme, or use it to train an artificial intelligence system. Details are in the copyright and licence notice.
7. Health and physical activity
The classes involve physical movement, stretching, breathing exercises and relaxation. They are general education, not medical advice, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, nutrition therapy or a treatment, and they do not replace a doctor or another qualified health professional. Nobody at Selora Yoga assesses you or your health.
You agree to read the health disclaimer, which forms part of these terms, to ask your doctor before practising if any of the situations listed there apply to you, to practise within your own limits, to use the easier options offered, and to stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. You are responsible for practising in a safe space.
We do not promise any particular result, such as flexibility, strength, weight loss, pain relief, better sleep or less stress. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
8. Updates and availability
We may improve, correct or expand a class or program. Updates to what you bought are included at no extra cost. We will not remove a substantial part of what you paid for. We aim to keep the library available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, because hosting and email are provided by third parties. If we ever decide to close Selora Yoga, we will email every buyer at least 90 days in advance so you can print or save all your lessons.
9. Conformity of the digital content
The class must match its description, be complete and remain accessible as described. If it does not, you have the rights given by Portuguese Decree-Law 84/2021 on digital content: we will bring it into conformity, and if we cannot do so within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or a full refund.
10. Suspension of access
We may suspend or end your access, without a refund, if you publish or share your access link, redistribute the material, or use it in breach of the licence. Where the problem is minor and can be fixed, we will ask you to fix it first.
11. Our liability
We prepare the classes with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or the mandatory rights of consumers under Portuguese Law 24/96 and the law of the country where you live.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. You are responsible for how and where you practise, for following the safety notes in each lesson and for seeking medical advice when the health disclaimer tells you to.
12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as the failure of a hosting, payment or email provider. If such an event prevents delivery for more than 30 days, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
13. Personal data
We handle your personal data as described in the privacy policy.
14. Contact, complaints and disputes
We contact you at the email address you gave at checkout. You can reach us at support@selorayoga.com or on +351 919 152 602. We reply within two working days.
Electronic complaints book. Under Portuguese law you can file a complaint in the official electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico) at livroreclamacoes.pt. The complaint is sent to us and to the competent authority.
Alternative dispute resolution. If a consumer dispute cannot be solved with us directly, you may use a consumer arbitration centre. In the Lisbon area this is the Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa (centroarbitragemlisboa.pt), and nationwide the CNIACC, the National Centre for Consumer Information and Arbitration (cniacc.pt). The full list of approved centres is published on the Portuguese Consumer Portal (consumidor.gov.pt). Consumers in other EU countries may also contact the European Consumer Centre of their country.
15. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for future purchases. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you paid.
16. Transfer
You may not transfer this contract to anyone else. We may transfer it to a business that takes over Selora Yoga, provided your rights are not reduced, and we will tell you if that happens.
17. Language
These terms are published in English, Spanish and Portuguese. All versions have the same content. If there is a difference of interpretation, the version in the language of the page where you bought applies.
18. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where the law allows it. Otherwise, the courts of Sintra, Portugal, have jurisdiction.
19. Entire agreement
These terms, together with the refund policy, the delivery policy, the privacy policy, the cookie policy, the copyright and licence notice and the health disclaimer, are the whole agreement between you and us about your purchase. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
